MODELING
It's not always about subdivisions,
NURBS or sculpting. Modeling has its foundations in
the simple vertex, the polygon, and the amazing
operations you can perform on them to create what
you want. This video tutorial will delve into some
of the most profound modeling tools to come to modo
and the 3D modeling world in general. With over 2
hours of training, you will start with a simple
plane or a box and see how you can begin to create
practical shapes and objects with little effort
thanks to the amazing toolset provided. You will
learn how to go from nothing, to creating something
very realistic.
That's only the
beginning. You also get to experience the process
of setting up your realistic scene with different
materials, including using prodcedurals from the
preset shelf. You will see how easy it is to setup
lighting and even control your camera for depth of
field (DOF) rendering. In all, you will learn how
you can start with nothing and end up with a
realistic render in no time at all!
